Non-Suit Policy

Effective Monday, October 8, 2012

we will go back to our former non-suit policy.

1st Non-Suit:  Saturday Detention with period ICE

2nd Non-Suit:  Saturday Detention with period ICE

3rd Non-Suit:  Saturday Detention with full day ICE

4th and above Non-Suit:  Referral to Counselor, ICE and parent conference
