Seniors:

 

The California Credit Union Annual Scholarship Program is accepting applications for seniors who are motivated in their academic endeavors, active in their schools, and contributing to their community, giving back to others through their participation, service and volunteer work. 

 

To qualify, you must meet the following:

 

  1. Graduating high school senior enrolling into a two or four year college
  2. Minimum 3.0 GPA
  3. Evidence of community and/or school involvement

Application deadline: March 16,2018

Amount of Scholarship: $1,000

Seniors:

 

The Steps for Change Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to seniors who are applying to a college or university. 

 

Eligibility includes the following:

  • Be of legal status in the US
  • A Senior expecting to graduate in 2018
  • Be in the process of applying to, or accepted for, a college or university
  • Have a household income of less than $55,000
  • Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5

Application deadline is: April 30, 2018

SENIORS:

 

META'S Scholarship Application 2018 is now online and open.  The Platinum Scholarship provides up to $6,000, payable over four years, to entering freshmen attending four-year colleges and universities.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE:  WEDNESDAY, FEB.28, 2018

YOU MUST APPLY ONLINE, SEE LINK BELOW

 

To be eligible to apply for a META scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be applying, accepted or enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education as a full-time undergraduate student pursuing an academic discipline.
  •  Must have a 3.00 GPA and be in good academic standing.
  •  Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident of Hispanic origin
  • Must be graduating (or have graduated) from a high school in Southern California
  •  Must have financial need
  •  Preference is given to students who have demonstrated leadership or mentoring qualities through their record of involvement and participation in activities in school or in their communities.

The NUVEIN FOUNDATION for Literature and Arts is offering a scholarship to students who are pursuing a career/degree in the creative fields.  In order to apply, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher.  See attached information that also includes the application.  DEADLINE to submit is: POSTMARKED by March 1, 2018.

  • MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH
  • MAY BE PART OF THE FIRST GENERATION IN YOUR FAMILY TO ATTEND COLLEGE
